Akhtar, cricket's Adam!

By John Cheeran
Shoaib Akhtar is Adam of international cricket.
Akhtar has eaten the Nandrolone apple and has been banished from the Eden of international cricket by a wrathful Pakistan cricket board.
Adam did nothing wrong except to eat what his partner offered.
So who played Eve's role in Pakistan? The search and debate to find out Eve is on.
Akhtar is determined to regain the lost paradise of wickets and endorsements. As a first step the fast bowler has filed an appeal against the two-year ban on him. "We have lodged an appeal to review the ban with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) through our lawyer Abid Hasan Minto and hope to hire some foreign experts to contest the case," said Tauseef Razzaq, Shoaib's doctor.
Akhtar claims he is innocent.
But Akhtar does not contest the point that the Nandrolone apple went inside his system. That's why the Pakistan fast bowler declined to have the B samples examined, a legitimate opportunity for self-defence, if you are confident of not doing anything wrong.
Akhtar makes an interesting point in his defence. He reiterates that he was not guilty of intentional wrong doing. "I cannot say much at this time about what has happened but I just want to assure everyone that I am innocent of doing anything I shouldn't have," he said.
Akhtar says "I have always played the game fair and I give 100 per cent and do not feel that I need to take drugs to help my bowling."
Then who is guilty?
Does Akhtar want us to believe that djinns in Lahore and Karachi mixed Nandrolone in his drink?
