Five acres of poor farmers!

Everyone is shedding tears for farmers.
And who is a small farmer in India?
Business Standard Editor T.N. says there are 92 million small farmers in India and his basis for small farmers is possession of 5 acres or less of land.
Those who own five acres of land should be called feudal lords.
I don't own an inch of earth except my share in the village graveyard.
There are many like me landless, wage earners throughout India.
Why don't we matter to Finance Minister?
